Is diCharts really free?
Yes. The Community Edition is MIT-licensed and free forever for open-source, personal, and non-commercial projects. Every feature in the library is included.
When do I need a commercial licence?
If you embed diCharts in a proprietary product that generates revenue (SaaS, trading platform, exchange, etc.), you need a Professional or Enterprise licence.
Is there per-seat or per-view pricing?
No. All paid licences include unlimited developers and unlimited end users. There is no per-view, per-seat, or usage-based pricing.
Do you offer a startup discount?
Yes. Ask about our Startup Programme for companies with less than $1M in funding. Contact sales@dicharts.com for details.
Can I try before I buy?
Absolutely. The Community Edition includes every feature in the library. Start building with it today and upgrade to a commercial licence when you are ready to ship.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can request invoice billing with NET-30 or NET-60 terms.
What happens if I cancel my licence?
You may continue using the version you have, but you will no longer receive updates, priority support, or new features. You must not ship new commercial products with the library after cancellation.
Do you offer refunds?
Licence fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We encourage you to try the free Community Edition before purchasing.
